My Pulsacoil boiler finally gave up after nearly two decades of use and it was time for a replacement. I reached out to Muhammed from Touch Of Heat. He offered to come the following day to inspect, answered all the questions I had and provided recommendation for a suitable boiler (electric thermal store) for my needs/flat. I accepted the quote on Friday and the new boiler was installed the next working day, on Monday. I am very pleased with how fast and efficient the whole process was from the first contact! My boiler broke down and after some time googling I came across Muhammed ‘s company. After a call to him, 10 minutes later an engineer was confirmed to be on the way and 10 minutes later he arrived. This was fantastic given it was a Sunday afternoon. The engineer was polite, knowledgeable and fixed the problem within half an hour with parts that he already had on the van.
